Galaxy Painting

Water colour galaxy painting is all the rage. Instagram and Pinterest are full of beautiful watercolour nebulas. With a little practice you can create your own stunning paintings. This class is technique rich allowing you to practice the steps before you work on the final 2 paintings.

In this class  you will create a technique sampler page that you can use as a reference. You will also create two different galaxy paintings ( 4x6 inch) suitable for framing or turning into a card.

All supplies are provided A demonstration using a variety of iridescent water colour paints and inks will introduce you to a selection of products that you could use to create this popular technique.

You will create:

1. Galaxy technique sampler page

Using water colour paints and paper you will learn how to create stunning galaxy globe. 

2: Galaxy painting (4x6 inch) suitable for framing or turning into an art card

Using the same technique we learned on our Galaxy card we will create a beautiful silhouette painting. A number of stencils will be available for you to choose from. 

Your art can be made into cards or displayed as art.
